Pioneering Excellence in Property Management
With the incorporation of Open Home Professionals in 2010, Real Estate Broker/Founder Travis Hill acquired and sold rental units throughout California and Nevada. When hiring property managers to help with different aspects of his properties, he experienced first-hand the inefficiencies and inadequacies existing in traditional property management firms. Travis knew there was a better way, so he created the next generation property management company, one that focuses on a flat-fee based tenant placement service.
Place Tenants approach to property management incorporates quality customer service alongside today’s AI technological advances to make the process of renting an investment property easy, efficient, and straight-forward for all parties.
Meet Travis Hill
My Journey in Real Estate
Travis is a Real Estate Broker in California and Nevada, allowing him to relocate clients transitioning from one state to the other. He works with home buyers and sellers in both states, as well as provides property management services to clients purchasing for investment or leaving their primary residence. Travis attributes much of his success to the philosophy of provide world-class customer service and bring the best people together with the right technology. In everything he does, Travis creates harmony between AI automation and quality human interaction to obtain the best possible result.
Travis started his career in Southern California as a Mortgage Lender in 1997. After learning the ropes within the mortgage industry for several years, Travis started working as a Realtor® with Century 21 where he quickly became a top ranked Real Estate Agent in the San Francisco Bay Area. His quest to learn other aspects of Real Estate lead him into the new home construction segment.
After investing more than 10 years in the new home industry Travis learned the essentials of business working as a Sales Agent for KB Homes. Later he achieved the Sales Manager position at Shea Homes within four short years.
“After absorbing all the necessary knowledge during my time with several nationwide builders, I decided to pursue my Broker license and launch my own new home concierge service, NewHomeNegotiators.com,” noted Travis. Open Home Professionals, offering a wide of Real Estate services at a top tier customer level, soon followed. That’s when he realized the need for Property Management services for his investment clients purchasing multi-family units, single family homes, and condominiums. “A common question my clients would ask is ‘Do you know anyone who provides property management services’? That’s when the lightbulb went off and PlaceTenants.com was born.”
Travis takes pride in utilizing his knowledge and experience to help clients navigate the complexities of the Real Estate business, and he considers it a true honor and a privilege to guide them through one of the most important financial purchases of their lives.
